tasty poultry liver with applesIngredients:

1 kg poultry liver
2 apples
3 onions
½ cup of wheat flour
oil for frying





  1. Sprinkle liver with the flour.
  2. Cut the onion into half and slice or slice it thinly. Cut apples into 8 parts or half-slices.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil and add liver. Fry all sides in high heat, lower the heat. Add onion and fry quickly. Add apples.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Allow to fry to a few minutes until the liver becomes fried and apples soften.
